While the current three individual regional systems have operated successfully since the early 1990s, the technology has now moved forward sufficiently to enable the establishment and migration to one single national system, with communication nodes in the three former Regional Communications Centres.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An opportunity now exists in Limerick City &amp;
