As part of this year’s Fire Safety Week, we’re taking a look back at decades of fire safety campaigns and revisiting some of the posters, messages and advice that helped shape fire safety awareness across Ireland.
While times have changed, many of the fire risks identified generations ago remain among the most common causes of fire today. The advice to prevent them is just as relevant: recognise hazards, practise good fire safety habits, and take action before an incident occurs.
Join us as we explore what has changed, what hasn’t, and how simple preventative measures continue to help protect lives, homes and workplaces.
Learn from the past.
